I finally have found the eating and exercise lifestyle that has been working. Already the scale has said I dropped 5 lbs. I am now 195 lbs! Yay! All it took was a little tinkering and thinking about my natural eating patterns:
- 3 meals: between 300-500 calories
- 3-5 snacks: between 100-200 calories
- Exercise: 1-1.5 hours 6X a week
- Drink 4 cups of black/green tea a day (unsweet, but sometimes I like a little sweet)
- Drink Grapefruit juice mixed with 2 TB apple cider vinegar+1 TB Honey
Hopefully this will be a permanent solution and I don’t have to alter it too much. I actually got the tea and grapefruit juice and tea idea from Dr. Oz. Check it out here!
I’m so glad God has helped me find what works. And that He has put you all here with your love and encouragement. You guys are the best friends I got online. ^_^
